Due to COVID-19 there have been a number of delays with Australia Post as of recent. Currently, a majority of our Australian orders are being delivered with only minor delays, however there will be longer delays expected with all of our International parcels. Please note refunds will not be issued for delayed orders.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped out to you.

For standard shipping, we ask that you wait 4+ business days for your order to arrive to you once it has been sent. When your parcel is on the way, you will receive an email to let you know, that email will also include a tracking number for you to keep an eye on your parcel.

Express shipping is displayed as next business day delivery after your parcel has been sent. This may be impacted by COVID-19 delays.

If 7 business days have passed, and your order has not arrived, please contact us via email at sugarmama@hotmail.com and we will look into the status of your order! 


New Zealand


As it is shipped from Australia, we ask that you please wait 6+ business days for your order to arrive to you. When your parcel is on the way, you will receive an email to let you know, that email will also include a tracking number for you to keep an eye on your parcel.

If 12 business days have passed and your order has not been received, please let us know and we will look into it!
