We want you to make sure your 100% happy with your order and be head over heels for your new jewellery.
If you would like a refund please send us an email at email@example.com within 14 days saying you would like a refund. Then, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions for returning your jewellery.
As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund of the purchase price of your items (excl. the shipping fee in case you paid for shipping).
If your item appears to be faulty or there are any problems with your purchase - please get in contact as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or a refund for you!
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please ensure you send us all of your detail information, and once we have received the product, the money will be refunded into your account.
Unfortunately, all returns must be paid for by the customer. We recommend using tracked shipping as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the tissue paper that the earrings are wrapped in appears to be tampered with upon arrival to us - unfortunately we will not provide you with a refund due to hygiene purposes.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
